How to make
Toast the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
Wash the millet well, strain and boil it in salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
In heated olive oil, fry the leeks and onion and add the cooked millet.
Remove it from the heat and mix with the feta cheese and toasted seeds.
Sprinkle with crushed hot red pepper and serve it as a garnish or on its own.
You can replace the sea salt with a cube of vegetable or meat broth.
The millet side dish is ready.
