How to make
I cut the onion, zucchini, pepper, carrot into cubes and fry them lightly in the fat along with the garlic.
I add salt, pour a little water, add the millet and put a lid on it.
I let the stew simmer over low heat. If the water boils before the millet has softened, I add more. I season with black pepper.
I serve the dish warm and if you wish, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
The vegetable stew with millet is ready.
