  • leeks - 1 stalk (finely chopped)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sunflower seeds - 3 - 4 tsp.
  • sesame - 2 - 3 tsp.
  • sea ​​salt

How to make

Toast the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.

Wash the millet well, strain and boil it in salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

In heated olive oil, fry the leeks and onion and add the cooked millet.
