How to make
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into about 0.4″ (1 cm) thick slices.
Salt them and sprinkle them with a little black pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, wine, salt, baking powder, egg yolks and beaten egg whites and mix.
A thin mixture should be obtained, which has the consistency of pancake batter.
Dip the mushrooms in the breading, then fry them in heated oil, until they aquire a golden color.
Take them out and keep them in a warm place and in the fat from frying the appetizer, also fry the slices of white bread.
The breaded mushrooms are placed on top of the fried bread slices and served with lemon or tomato sauce.
The breaded porcini mushrooms are ready.
