How to make
I boiled the tortellini in boiling salted water and a spoonful of olive oil according to the instructions on the package.
I briefly fried 2 finely chopped garlic cloves in heated olive oil.
I added the chopped porcini mushrooms and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
Then I added 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.
I sprinkled some of the Parmesan, mixed and poured 1-2 ladles of the water in which the tortellini were boiling - for a creamier texture.
Finally, I added the cooked tortellini and mixed the porcini mushroom pasta.
I served the tortellini with porcini mushrooms sprinkled with the remaining parmesan.
