  • cucumbers - 1/2 pcs.
  • green tea - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Boil 500 ml of green tea and leave it to cool.

Blend the banana, spinach, avocado, tea and cucumber in a blender. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
