Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 1.5 cups
  • flour - 3 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • white chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • for the cream
  • vanilla pudding - 1 pc. (2.5 oz = 70 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk, oil and flour with the baking powder.

Break up the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Mix and distribute it in the muffin tin lined with paper cups.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and leave them to cool. Whip the pudding with the milk and the cream.

Color it with pink food coloring. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and decorate the muffins.

Sprinkle them with sugar beads and serve them.
