How to make
Peel and pit the peaches, grind them in a blender or meat grinder.
Pour the grinded fruit into a baking pan and add the sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
Put the baking pan in the oven, turn it on at 360°F (180°C) and bake, until the desired thickness is obtained, by stirring periodically.
Note that as the peach jam cools, it will thicken more!
