How to make
Clean the sea bream from the scales and the entrails.
Wash it well, then strain it from the water.
You can grill the fish like that, but I cut it in half with a sharp knife along the backbone.
Season both sides with salt, black pepper, oregano and spread it with olive oil - again on both sides.
Wrap it with cling film and leave it like that for 30 minutes in a cool place.
During this time heat up the grill and put the sea bream on it.
Grill the cleaned sea bream for about 8 minutes on each side.
