"We have spaghetti with pesto, we also have shrimp, what else do we need aside from a glass of rosé"

  • shrimps - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spaghetti - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • zucchini pesto - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • white wine - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley

How to make

Heat a cup of olive oil, add a clove of garlic and when it's fried, gently remove it.

Add the shrimp (can be frozen), a pinch of chopped parsley and mix.

Once the shrimp change their color in about 3 minutes, spray them with the white wine.

Wait a minute for the alcohol to evaporate.

Add the zucchini pesto, a pinch of black pepper and homogenize.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

Strain them and immediately transfer them into the sauce.

Pour 50 ml of the water, in which the spaghetti were cooked. Place the pot back onto the heat and shake for a few minutes, until the spaghetti are well seasoned.

Distribute the shrimp pasta into plates and serve the Spaghetti with Zucchini and Shrimp Pesto immediately!
