How to make
Wash the pumpkin. Cut off the lid at the top end. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. If you wish, you can coat the inside of the pumpkin with honey.
Soak the fruit for an hour in lukewarm water with 2-3 tbsp. of rum or cognac to soften and flavor them. Cut them into pieces.
Clean the walnuts. Fill the pumpkin by lining up the fruit, walnuts and pieces of Turkish delight.
Place the pumpkin in a baking pan with a little water. Cover it with the cut lid. Bake the pumpkin at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven with a fan, until it softens!
