How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl with a mixer until whitened. Add the oil, carbonated beverage (I used orange Fanta) and finally the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.
Stir well with a wooden spoon into a smooth cake mixture.
Pour half of the cake mixture into an oiled and floured form. Arrange the crumbled biscuits with cocoa on top and the chopped pieces of Turkish delight. Cover them with the rest of the mixture and crumble biscuits and Turkish delight on top once again.
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170 °C). Bake the cake on the medium element until dry on the inside (it took me 40 min).
Take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar once cooled.
It's perfect for coffee!
