How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites to snow. To them add the sugar and continue beating.
Then add the yolks, oil, baking soda (extinguished in a little vinegar) and finally the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Stir carefully with a spatula.
In a bowl, cut the Turkish delight, chocolate and apples (peeled and cleaned). Add them to the mixture, add the raisins and stir. Pour this into an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 40 min. Leave it to cool.
Pour the sour cream into a bowl. To it add the melted and cooled chocolate. Stir and smear it on the cake. Decorate as desired.
