How to make
Wash the pumpkin and cut off its top. It is cleaned from its seeds and washed on the inside.
Mix the dried fruit, the sliced Turkish delight, the sliced apple and quince and all the other ingredients in a bowl and leave them aside for 10 minutes.
Put everything in the pumpkin, add the water and close it with its lid. It is wrapped with foil so that it does not burn.
Bake it in a high heated oven at about 390°F (200 degrees) until it softens - about two and a half hours and your stuffed pumpkin is ready.
