How to make
Boil the semolina and oats.
Soak the chia for half an hour to an hour. After it swells and has absorbed the water, add the semolina and oats.
Mix them together with the brown cane sugar, dried cranberries, raw sunflower seeds and crushed walnuts.
Also add cinnamon and vanilla for flavor. Continue to stir with a wooden spoon, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, which we spread in a baking pan. Decorate with walnuts and leave it overnight to set in the refrigerator.
The next day serve it for breakfast or as a dessert to a delicious dish.
