Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes - 1 pc.
  • dates - 10 - 15 pitted (soaked)
  • carob powder - 1/2 cup
  • maca powder - 2 - 3 tbsp. (optional)
  • walnut flour - 2/3 cup or oats
  • brown sugar - 1/3 cup
  • cocoa butter - 2 - 3 tbsp. or cocoa
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • aquafaba - 1/2 cup (water from a tin of chickpeas/beans)
  • tahini - 1 - 2 tbsp. (sesame, peanut, sunflower)

How to make

Boil and mash the potato (with a blender).

Add the dates and grind them.

Add all the other brownie products and carefully blend.

Use a spoon or spatula and mix the mixture well for this vegan brownie.

Put baking paper and spread the dough on top.

Bake the vegan sweet potato brownie for 25-30 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
