How to make
Peel the boiled potatoes while still hot and blend them with the butter. Add the flour, baking powder and a little salt.
Mix a dough. Form thick pieces about 4″ (10 cm) long from it.
Fold these pieces in the shape of a horseshoe, flatten slightly and fry in highly preheated oil until ready.
While still hot, roll in the powdered sugar to which you've added the vanilla.
