How to make
In a bowl, first stir the cottage cheese with a fork, so that it crumbles nicely and is not lumpy.
Then add the mayonnaise, the strained yogurt, the sour cream, the salt and the crushed clove of garlic. Mix very well.
Chop the peppers into small pieces and add them to the mixture. Stir the pepper mixture again.
Pour the vegetable spread into bowls, garnish each one with an olive and a sprig of dill and serve them.
