How to make
Get one whole chicken, clean it, wash it and dry it well. Season it with salt inside and outside.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them finely and pour them into a convenient container. Cut the cheese, ham, processed cheese and pickles into pieces. All ingredients are mixed.
This is the stuffing for the chicken, which we stuff it with. Sew and place it in a tray. Spread it with butter and sprinkle it with black pepper and paprika.
The beer is poured into the tray. Wrap the chicken in foil.
The stuffed chicken with mushrooms, pickles and cheeses is roasted at 390°F (200°C) for a little over an hour.
Minutes before it's ready, the foil is removed and the roasted chicken is placed back into the oven, until it aquires a golden brown color.
