Ingredients

  • confectionery cream - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sugar - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • gelatin - 3 sheets
  • marmalade (optional)

How to make

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Put the cream, mascarpone and sugar in a pot on the stove. Wait for it to boil and turn it off.

Strain the gelatin and add it to the cream. Stir, until it is dissolved. Pour it into bowls or cups. Put in the fridge to harden.

Melt the marmalade on the stove and pour the panna cotta into the glasses. Place it back into the fridge to set.

You can put marmalade on the bottom of the cup or on top of the panna cotta. You can decorate it with fresh fruit, strawberry syrup, or chocolate.

The panna cotta with mascarpone is ready.
