"Mascarpone cream with biscuits - everyones favorite dessert at home"

Ingredients

  • mascarpone - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) for whipping
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • cherry jam - 9 oz (250 g)
  • milk chocolate - 1 pc. (100 g)
  • strawberries - 6 pcs.
  • biscuits - 9.2 oz (260 g)

How to make

Beat the confectionery cream, add the mascarpone and powdered sugar to it and beat again.

At the bottom of the bowls/cups, place a cookie, which has previously been dipped in milk, add a spoonful of the mascarpone cream, again a cookie and cream.

I put cherry jam on top, add a cookie on them and finish off with cream.

I grate some chocolate, which I put on the edges of the bowls.

I leave the center of the mascarpone cream without anything on it - I place the strawberry dipped in the remaining chocolate, which I have melted.

6 pcs. of mascarpone cream with biscuits are obtained from these products - depending on the size of the bowls/cups in which it is made.
