How to make
Wash and finely grate the zucchini. Add salt and leave the water to drain for 20 minutes.
Then add the eggs, spices (salt, black pepper, dill, oregano), olive oil, breadcrumbs and flour.
Stir, until all of the ingredients are well mixed. Place the mixture onto baking paper and spread it to a thickness of about 0.2″ (5 mm).
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Remove it, leave it to cool for 10 minutes and roll it into a roll.
Then unroll the roll again and spread it with the cream cheese.
Arrange the ham and gouda and gently roll it with the help of a cotton towel. Refrigerate it for 2 hours to set and then serve the zucchini roll cold.
