  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • tuna fish - 4.2 oz (120 g) canned
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g) dairy
  • boiled eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • butter - 1 lump

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel them and cut them into cubes.

Strain the tuna from the oil in the tin. Add it to the potatoes. Cut the mushrooms into slices and stew them with a lump of butter for 15 minutes.

Put them in the bowl with the rest of the products. Season with lemon juice, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of parsley, pour a drizzle of olive oil and add the dairy mayonnaise.

Mix the potato salad well. Place it in a suitable plate, add the sliced ​​boiled eggs on top and serve it.
