Ingredients

  • butter - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • strawberries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • egg yolks - 1 pc.
  • vanilla - 1 powder
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • for the cream
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • starch - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla - 2 powders

How to make

Sift the flour along with the salt, vanilla and baking powder into a deep bowl.

Beat in the whole egg and add the yolk, butter and sugar.

Start kneading, until butter crumbs are obtained.

Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate it for about 60 minutes.

Pour the milk into a pot and add the eggs, starch and sugar. Put it on the stove.

Start whipping the cream with a wire whisk, until it thickens.

Remove it afterwards and flavor it with the vanilla powders.

Pour half of the butter crumbs into a round baking pan onto baking paper.

Pour the cooled cream on top and arrange the strawberries.

Pour the rest of the butter crumbs over them and bake the fruit pie at 360°F (180°C), until it is fully baked.

Cool the dessert and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Do not see the amount of flour. It said to sift the flour but that is not even on the list of ingredient’s and so of course there is no quantity. Who knows what else is missing.
