How to make
Place the blackberries in a blender bowl, pour in 5.4 fl oz (160 ml) of milk and a full spoon of sugar. Blend and sift to remove the seeds. Pour the mix evenly into two large cocktail glasses (350 ml).
Rinse the bowl and blend the strawberries with a spoon of sugar and the remaining milk. Set aside.
Beat the cream with the powdered sugar (if the cream is sweetened, don't add the powdered sugar)
Add the cream on top of the raspberry mix with a pipping bag and pour the strawberry mix on top, to achieve a smooth color blend. Pipe little whipped cream rossettes on top.
Serve chilled as a desert, or an afternoon cocktail.
