How to make
Whip the sour cream along with the powdered sugar and cream cheese until you have a smooth mixture.
Separately, heat the liquid cream along with the white chocolate until it melts. Add the vanilla to them.
All of the ingredients are mixed and add melted in a water bath 2 pieces of gelatin to them.
Heat the strawberry jam with a little water on the stove until a syrupy mixture forms.
Pour half of the cream into the terrine, on which we have previously placed fresh foil.
Dip the ladyfingers in the strawberry syrup and place them on top of the terrine. Cut half of the strawberries and place them on the ladyfingers.
Pour in the rest of the cream on top.
Cut the other part of the strawberries on the prepared terrine and drizzle the remaining syrup over it, as well as the remaining gelatin melted in a water bath.
The strawberry terrine with homemade cream is ready!
