How to make
In a cup of cold milk soak the gelatin, until it softens.
Pour the cream and milk into a pot. Sweeten and put it on the stove. When the liquid is about to boil, remove the pot from the stove, pour the milk with the softened gelatin and stir, until it melts well. Flavor with a vanilla.
Pour the cream into suitable cups and leave it to cool before storing it in the fridge to set completely.
You can tilt the glasses while the cream is cooling to have a more interesting effect after adding the sauce.
Pit the cherries. Put them in a pot along with the sugar and water. Boil, until they slightly thicken.
Remove the pot from the heat, pour the lemon juice and flavor with the vanilla. Serve the panna cotta well chilled!
Enjoy! The panna cotta with cherry sauce is ready.
