How to make
This recipe pleasantly surprised me. I didn't expect it to be so delicious. I highly recommend you try it!
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add an egg, crumble the slice of bread, which was soaked in milk and the onion (cut into very small pieces). Season with a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of oregano and a pinch of parsley. Knead the minced meat well and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until the ingredients are ready.
Heat the sunflower oil. Tear off small pieces from the minced meat. Roll them in the flour and fry.
Remove the meatballs and place them onto kitchen paper to drain.
In a convenient large pan, pour 1/2 cup of olive oil. Transfer the meatballs into it. Pour the white wine over them. Wait a little, until the alcohol evaporates and then pour the warm vegetable broth.
Add two sage leaves into the sauce and season with salt. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes, then add the grapes and finish off cooking for another 5-6 minutes
Dissolve 1 tbsp. of flour in a little warm water. Pour the sauce and thicken the meatball and grape dish for a minute or two.
Serve the meatball and grape dish on mashed potatoes.
