  • beef minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - a pinch
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • parsley
  • mint
  • salt
  • flour
  • oil - for frying
measures

How to make

Put the minced meat in a bowl.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Season them with salt and leave them for 10 minutes.

In the minced meat, add the grated zucchini, squeezed out of the separated water, one egg, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, chopped onions and garlic cloves.

Season with a pinch of paprika, black pepper, a pinch of parsley and mint. Mix the products well.

Refrigerate the bowl for an hour.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Shape the meatballs from the minced meat, which you then roll in flour and flatten slightly.

Fry the beef meatballs. Remove them and place them onto kitchen paper to drain excess fat.

Serve the Keftedakia meatballs warm with a bowl of dairy tzatziki salad!
