How to make
Grease the bottom of a wide pan with very little olive oil and heat it over high heat.
Distribute the salt in one layer with an approximate thickness of 0.16″ (4 mm), so that the surface of the pan is not visible.
Wait for the salt to heat up and put the shrimp on top. Bake for 4 minutes and bake them on the other side for the same amount of time.
A sign when a shrimp is cooked is when the ring near the tail turns white.
Arrange the prepared seafood in a serving plate on top of green salad leaves of your choice, sprinkle with olive oil and garnish with lemon.
Tip:
Do not remove all the salt from the shrimp. It looks beautiful if there is a little left sticking to them and even when peeling them, some of it falls on the meat and it is tastier that way.
Serve them with a nice white wine or rosé.
Enjoy your meal!
