  • beef salami - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.

  • onion - 1 small onion
  • parsley - a pinch
  • black pepper - a pinch

How to make

For this delicious Salad de Boeuf peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Cut them into cubes.

Cut the onion into crescents and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Cut the beef salami into thin juliennes.
