How to make
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the melted and slightly cooled butter and 3 tbsp. of milk.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add it in portions to the egg mixture. Pour the chocolate melted in a water bath.
Flavor the cake mix with a pinch of grated lemon peel and a packet of vanilla sugar.
Line a 11″ (28 cm) baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture. Arrange the sliced apples, by overlapping them slightly.
Leave the delicious chocolate cake to rest for 30 minutes and then bake at 340°F (170°C) in a preheated oven with a fan.
Cool the prepared apple cake on a wire rack and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
