How to make
Melt the butter in an oven dish on the stove. Arrange the biscuits on top.
Peel the apples, clean them of their seeds and cut them into crescents. Roll them in cinnamon and arrange tightly on top of the biscuits.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour that you've sifted with the vanilla and baking powder.
Pour the resulting mixture on top of the apples and biscuits and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 40 min.
Once ready, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
