How to make
Clean the apples from the seeds and grate them. Pour them into a large 3-liter jar and add the vodka.
Close the jar and place it in a dark and cool place, where it will be left for 25 days.
Then strain the mixture through a cheesecloth.
Boil the water and sugar on the stove. Add the cinnamon and ginger. Remove it from the heat and add the apple liquid.
Strain and pour it into bottles. Store the liqueur bottles in a dark place and leave them there for 10 days.
After that the homemade apple liqueur is ready for consumption.
