How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a white and thick mixture is obtained. Add the oil in a thin stream, while beating at all times.
Add half of the flour mixed with baking powder and yogurt. Stir with a spatula and beat again.
Add the remaining flour and mix.
Peel and clean the apples and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir.
Pour the cake mixture into a greased and floured mold. Bake it in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) for about 40 minutes or until it is fully baked. Remove it from the mold and leave it to cool.
Heat 3-4 tbsp. of cream and put the broken chocolate in it. Stir, until it is completely dissolved and pour it over the cake.
Garnish it with fresh fruit of your choice.
