Ingredients

  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g) feta
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • eggs - 2 small eggs
  • dill - 1 pinch
  • for rolling
  • corn flour
  • white flour

How to make

Grate your zucchini on a fine grater. Season them with salt in a colander for an hour to drain. Put them in a large bowl along with crumbled white cheese, breadcrumbs and eggs.

Season with dill and black pepper. Knead with your hands to combine the ingredients. Sprinkle with both types of flour and shape the zucchini patties.

Pour oil into a pan and fry the delicious vegetable patties, until they aquire a golden color.
