Ingredients

  • zucchini - 5 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • goat cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • spelt flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yogurt
  • mint - 1 tsp. dried
  • fresh garlic - 1 bunch
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • fresh dill - 1 bunch
  • paprika - 2 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt - 2 tsp.

How to make

Wash the zucchini very well and peel them. Coarsely grate them and place them in a bowl to drain from the water.

A handful of grated zucchini are taken and are squeezed from from the water. They are put in another bowl, in which they will be mixed.

Wash the carrots very well and peel them. Grate them finely and add them to the zucchini.

Stir the eggs with a fork and add them to the mixture. Mix the mixture very well.

The white cheese is finely crumbled. The yellow cheese is grated on a grater.

Add the white cheese, yellow cheese, chopped spring onions, garlic and carrots, as well as paprika, black pepper, salt and mint to the mixture.

Mix very well. Gradually add the flour.

The mixture is kneaded, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour a spoonful of the mixture into heated oil. The patties are fried, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.

The vegetable patties are served with yogurt sauce, fresh garlic and salt.
