"Stuffed zucchini with aromatic lamb meat and a gentle yogurt sauce - craving them already?"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 3 - 4
  • onions - 1 head
  • lamb mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin - to taste
  • parsley
  • dill
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves

How to make

Halve the cleaned zucchini. Carefully carve out the insides and then chop them finely. Heat the olive oil and fry the chopped onions.

Add the insides of the zucchini, then the mince. Stir and cook until the liquid evaporates, add tomato paste and season with spices.

Fill the zucchini and arrange them in an oven dish. Put to bake in moderate oven until they turn a light tan color.

Beat the yogurt with a little dill and add the garlic. Serve the zucchini with this sauce.
