Ingredients

  • mince - 14 oz (400 g), beef or mixed
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • feta cheese - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • garlic - 2 cloves, chopped
  • eggs - 1
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp plus more for baking
  • oregano - 1 tbsp, dry
  • red wine - 3 - 4 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp freshly ground
  • vegetable spice - 1/4 tsp, or Vegeta
  • salt

How to make

Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). The mixture for the meatballs is kneaded well, then formed into small balls, which are placed on baking paper on a tray.

Sprinkle lightly with olive oil and bake until ready. If the juice spills out, it is drained and the baking continues.
