Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • melted butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • flour - 2.5 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • raspberries - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • for the glaze
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • sour cream - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1 pc.
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • white chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk, butter and flour with the baking powder. Place paper muffin cups in the muffin tin.

Pour one tablespoon of the mixture in each. Sprinkle with a few raspberries and pour another spoonful. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla. Add the sour cream and the melted and cooled chocolate. Stir well. Using a piping bag, decorate the cupcakes and serve them.
