How to make
For this savory pie the bacon is diced and fried in heated fat. Strain onto kitchen paper.
Spread the bacon, sliced processed cheese and grated yellow cheese on the bottom of a greased baking pan.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the softened butter, finely chopped onion, salt, flour, milk and spices.
Mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The mixture is poured into the baking pan with the bacon and cheeses, then the appetizing quiche is placed in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
The bacon and cheese quiche is baked for about 40 minutes, until it is nicely browned.
