Ingredients

  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 1 cup (200 ml) blended or 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory herb

How to make

Clean and cut the meat into your desired portion sizes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cut the onion and mushrooms into crescrents and the peppers into slices. Crush the garlic cloves and finely chop them.

Heat oil in a deep pan or pot and add the vegetables to stew for a few minutes.

After a while, add the pork. Stew everything together for a few minutes, until the meat aquires a beautiful brown crust.

Sprinkle with flour and mix briefly, then add the tomatoes and a little water.
