  • zucchini - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley - 1/3 bunch
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp. (or honey)
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper (optional)

How to make

The zucchini are peeled and washed. They are cut into cubes and boiled in salted water, until they soft.

Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar, minced garlic and as much salt as you like.

Strain the zucchini and mix them with the dressing and finely chopped parsley.

They are served as a side dish to meat and fish.
