How to make
Prepare the pork belly marinade by mixing the oil, white wine, lemon juice and honey in a bowl.
Stir well to dissolve the honey.
Add the grated onion and celery and the dry spices - paprika, black pepper, curry, sage and as much salt as you like.
Mix well and roll the pork belly in the resulting mixture.
Leave them like this for about 1 hour.
Arrange the marinated pork belly in a baking dish, by pour the remaining pork marinade over them and place a piece of butter on top of each.
Pour about 2 cups (500 ml) of warm water into the baking pan and put it in a heated oven.
Cook the pork belly at 430°F (220°C) for about 45 minutes, then turn it over and cook it for another 45 minutes.
If you prefer the meat well baked, continue baking a little longer.
