How to make
Prepare the sauce first by finely slicing the onion and thinly slicing the peppers. Fry them briefly in the heated oil and butter, until they soften. Add the finely chopped garlic.
Add the spices - thyme, bay leaf, black pepper and flour.
Mix everything well and dilute with the broth and red wine.
Leave the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat, until it reduces. Add the cream and season with salt and ground black pepper. When it thickens, remove it from heat. Remove the whole peppercorns and bay leaf.
Meanwhile, in another pan, heat the oil and seal the seasoned with salt and black pepper pork chops.
Cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side. After turning the pork chops, add the butter to them and after it melts, pour it over them.
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's directions and season with salt and melted butter.
The pork chops with pepper sauce are very tasty.
