How to make
Season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Place two basil leaves on each steak and distribute the sliced mozzarella. Roll them up and pierce them with toothpicks.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the rolls for 2 minutes on all sides.
Transfer them along with the olive oil into a baking tray.
Add the chopped peppers and olives mixed with the balsamic vinegar. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and cover the baking pan with foil and leave the rolls to rest for 5 min.
The veal rolls with mozzarella are very tasty.
