How to make
Clean the sturgeon, cut it into portions, wash it and salt it.
Cut the celery into circles and put it in a tray.
Arrange the fish on it. Add the rest of the vegetables.
Add the tomato puree, diluted with 1 cup of water.
Arrange the tomato slices and lemon slices on top of the fish.
Bake the fish in the oven in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it's fully cooked.
