Ingredients

  • crackers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • roasted peppers - 1 jar
  • cream cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mascarpone - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • white cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g) type feta
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • garlic
  • dill

How to make

Crush the salted crackers well and add the melted butter to them.

Pour the mixed crackers with the butter onto a tray and form a base, which you need to leave to harden.

Beat the cream cheese with the mascarpone and add the crumbled white cheese to it.

Cut half of the roasted peppers into strips and add them to the savory mixture. Season with garlic and dill.

Dissolve the gelatin in a little water and after it swells, heat it in a water bath until it becomes liquid again and mix it with the white mixture. Mix well carefully.
