How to cook
All of the products for the cake layer are mixed and spread out in a detachable cake tin lined with paper.
Mix everything for the cream. The biscuits are broken into bulky pieces in the cream. The cream is spread on the base.
For the ganache: Heat the cream, until it's boiling, remove it from the heat, add the pieces of chocolate, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
While the ganache is still warm, pour it over the cream. It is best to leave the cheesecake in the fridge for a while after each layer. The decoration is with the leftover Oreo cookies. Enjoy!
