How to make
Put 4 1/4 cups (850 ml) of milk on the stove along with the sugar on low heat.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the plain starch with the instant coffee. Add it to the eggs and mix well. Pour 3/4 cup (150 ml) of milk. Stir the resulting mixture well and stir, until the coffee is dissolved.
Add the resulting mixture to the warm milk. Stir at all times, until it thickens.
Be careful not to burn the pudding.
Pour the resulting pudding into bowls or cups.
Cool the resulting instant coffee pudding in the refrigerator.
The pudding with instant coffee is consumed cold.
